He currently has over 15 years of experience in international sales and marketing throughout Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China before bringing his expertise to the New Zealand real estate market.

Originally from Malaysia, Edward graduated from Wichita State University in Kansas USA with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a major in Management. He is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, and 5 other Asian languages. Not surprisingly, his education, linguistic, and business backgrounds provide a distinct benefit to his proven expertise and success in bridging cultures and achieving a ‘win-win’ for both buyers and sellers alike.

Arriving in New Zealand at the age of 17, Son did his high school and his Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences at AUT, as a young man and new to the country he certainly hit the ground running!

Originally from Vietnam, his languages include Vietnamese and English and he has been contributing to the Vietnamese Community in New Zealand and helping people to settle in New Zealand with his broad knowledge in the Real Estate industry.

Son has spent over 12 years working in IT and has gained experience as a Project Manager, Duty Manager, and Team Leader and therefore customer service is always his main focus. With 6 years as an IT Project Manager, his completed projects include the biggest buildings in New Zealand such as Volt Apartment and Zest Apartments (2 biggest blocks in New Zealand, Oaks Hotel Group (Harbour Oaks – tallest residential building), and the expectation of his customers have been met and exceeded by his work ethic and knowledge.

Real Estate is an industry where all the above help him build strong, lasting relationships and trust with his clients and understand their goals. He is knowledgeable as a Real Estate investor and he is more than happy to share his experience with you to buy your next home or help you make the wise choice for your next investment.
